- Return Policy:
- 21-DAY Returns from origin ship date on UNOPENED and resalable items only. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including, but not limited to, the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost).
- 10% restocking fee.
- No(0) returns after 21 day period expires
- Global BMS will not issue refund until items are in possesion of Global BMS. Pending inspection and approval as returnable merchandise.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will be happy to take care of the issue. Please follow these steps:
- Call Global BMS at 614.846.3337 or 602.437.0590
- Have your purchase information ready
- After opening 2 cartons with defects or damage, STOP opening cartons. We will not issue refund/replacement for boxes OPENED after the first 2 cartons.
- If your item is determined to have a manufacture defect or damaged during freight, a replacement will be sent free of additional charges. In some cases a a third party inspector may be recommended to physically inspect the reported defect/damage. An inspection fee of $150.00 will be charged to the customer and refunded should the inspection report prove that the issue is in fact a manufacturing defect.
