Shipping & Delivery
Through our vast and highly efficient ocean, truckload, ltl, or courrier, freight logistical service providers. We can arrange shipment of our products to nearly any business, residence, will call terminal, or ocean port in the world. Or we are happy to assist with customer arranged freight transport

Global BMS.com respects each customers right to privacy. And does not share, sell, or offer, any personal information provided on our website. For customer security Global BMS.com does not maintain or keep on file any credit card purchase information.
Returns & Replacements
Buyers Remorse Protection Clause Seven(7) Calendar Day No Questions Asked Return Policy Beginning at point of delivery or in store pick up, all Global Premium Hardwoods products sold are accompanied with our Buyers Remorse Protection Clause(BRPC). Prior to installation and/or product alteration, for a period of seven(7) consecutive calendar days. Our BRPC allows the original purchaser to open NOT more than two(2) cartons of the purchased floor product and inspect the materials for acceptable use. In the event the original purchaser determines the floor product does not meet their expectations, the allowed unused, unaltered two(2) open cartons and remaining portion of unused, unaltered original packaged floor products can be returned to Global Premium Hardwoods “No Questions Asked”. A written or verbal notification is required within seven(7) consecutive calendar days from point of delivery or in store pick up. Global Premium Hardwoods will assist with return freight booking, all return shipping costs and/or delivery will be at the purchasers expense and/or obligation. Global Premium Hardwoods will not accept for return open cartons above the allowed two(2) cartons for inspection purposes only. Any open carton amount above the allowable two(2) open cartons is non returnable and deemed accepted by original purchaser and becomes All Sales Final. Purchase Not Returned within Seven(7) Day BRPC Purchases not returned or without Global Premium Hardwoods staff approval within the Seven(7) Day BRPC, but less than 30 days from original invoice date are subject to all standards of BRPC, plus a 15% restocking fee. All purchases become All Sales Final on 31st day after original invoice date.
